    Why have only one ingredient been organic and not the whole formula?

    Right from the start of the brand, we decided to develop natural formulas (with a high percentage of ingredients of natural origin) rather than organic ones, as organic ingredients are more allergenic. As children's skin is much more reactive than adult skin, we decided not to take any risks. Also, going all ORGANIC alters the sensoriality of the product, i.e. the scent and application of the formula, whereas the very essence of OUATE is to offer products that children want to use, because when the desire is there, the results are visible! On the other hand, as part of a continuous improvement process towards ever cleaner formulas, we have found a way to improve them by integrating an ORGANIC ingredient, the formula's main active ingredient (the one that provides hydration), without compromising safety (allergen risk) and without sacrificing the product's sensoriality. Eventually, we'll be reworking the entire range along these lines.

    Is this cream suitable for tweens with blemishes?

    Contrary to popular belief, this step is essential, as sufficiently moisturized skin will produce less sebum, thus reducing the appearance of pimples. My ideal cream nourishes and soothes the delicate skin of pre-teens aged 9 and over.

    My child is under 9 years old, can he use my ideal cream?

    My ideal cream has a cream texture enriched with organic shea butter to nourish the skin. This cream can easily be used on children under 9 with dry, fragile skin.

    Ma petite fille (presque 12 ans) est conquise : elle utilise le nettoyant et la crème « mes soins idéaux » tous les jours depuis un an; elle complète avec les gummies « peau nette » et sa peau est impeccable . Merci Ouate. Un regret : qu’il n’y ai que 150ml pour le nettoyant douceur ; 250ml et même plus serait idéal. Pensez-y!

    Très bon produit adopté et validé par ma fille et ma nièce. En revanche je trouve le format de l’eau micellaire un peu juste et son prix un peu honéreux pour le format.
