Palm trees with cinnamon:
This is a recipe for cheerful simplicity. These crispy and fragrant sweets reveal a gourmet bond with our apprentice cooks.
Three ingredients are enough to spread in you that irreplaceable smell that is that of cinnamon from christmas cookies homemade.
1 puff pastry (preferably with butter and without additives)
4 teaspoons of whole cane sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the cinnamon with the cane sugar in a ramekin.
Generously sprinkle the cinnamon / sugar mixture over the entire dough.
Fold the dough from the two opposite edges towards the center and place the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Cut the dough into rolls about 1.5cm thick.
Arrange the sausages on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, making sure to space them well and cook for about 15 minutes.
Absolutely delicious with a cup of hot chocolate!
